Information of the Applicant Institute:- The Open Board of Secondary Education, Manipur (OBSEM) aims to provide inclusive and accessible education to learners from all sections of society, with special focus on girls and women, rural youth, working professionals, and individuals who could not continue their studies through the formal schooling system. The Board seeks to promote awareness, motivation, and lifelong learning in response to changing social, economic, and technological environments.
