ADMINISTRATION :- The administration of OBSEM is headed by the Chairman. Major functions of Admin Management are:

  • Memorandum of Association of OBSEM
  • Requirements of equipment related to official work
  • Time-to-time recruitments
  • Maintenance of infrastructure
  • Promotion of coursesS
  • Establishment of AI’s
  • Proper functioning of examination processes
  • Proper functioning of staff
  • Proper functioning of the accounts section

TECHNICAL BRANCH :- The Technical Branch deals with the following activities: maintaining records of candidates, issuing duplicate mark-sheets and admit cards, and migration certificates.

CERTIFICATE BRANCH :- The Certificate Branch of OBSEM issues pass certificates and duplicate certificates, etc.

ACCOUNTS BRANCH :- Accounts deals with matters related to finance: receipt and payment of OBSEM, remuneration paid to Zonal Supervising Officers and examination personnel, and salaries of staff.
